The GOPBC was founded in the fall of 2004 in Savannah Georgia at the NFB of Georgia State Convention by three parents of blind and visually impaired children. Since that time we have grown substantially. Now having scores of members and growing steadily, the GOPBC is truly having an impact on the lives of many of Georgia's blind / visually impaired children and their families.
